South Indian Fish Fry Recipe
Fish - 300 gms
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the fish in the mixture.
Keep aside for about 20-30 minutes.
Then keep a kadai on the stove and pour oil.
Drop the fish pieces one by one carefully, and cover it.
Turn the pieces after a while and cook the other side also.
Note:
Remember the oil should be hot at the starting time and you can reduce the flame afterwards.
Any good fish can be used for frying.
