South Indian Fish Fry Recipe

  • Fish - 300 gms
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Oil
  • Fish Fry

    Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the fish in the mixture.
  • Keep aside for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Then keep a kadai on the stove and pour oil.
  • Drop the fish pieces one by one carefully, and cover it.
  • Turn the pieces after a while and cook the other side also.
  • Note:

  • Remember the oil should be hot at the starting time and you can reduce the flame afterwards.
  • Any good fish can be used for frying.
